Help Make Spirit Board!
Happy October everyone! Hope everyone’s halloween season is off to a great start. I would like to apologize for the lack of updates concerning the Spirit Board feature film and Facemelt Features in general. Unfortunately life just simply got in the way. I regret to announce that we will not be able to film the movie this year. While the indiegogo crowdfunding was a very good start it was not enough to fund the film fully. At least, not fund the film in a way that I would be comfortable with the final product. At this time, I’m in no place to self finance the rest of the necessary budget. It’s my hope that we will be able to film the movie at some point next year. I need more help to make the film happen. I appreciate every single one of you who have contributed to the film so far. I want to make the best possible film for you and all the old school horror fans out there hungry for more!
Ways you can help:
-Spread the word about the film, my past work and how fans can contribute to Spirit Board.
-Buy Night of the Axe Blu-Rays, DVDs and posters.
-Stream Night of the Axe on Tubi and any other streaming service it may be on at the moment.
-Buy super early pre-orders of Spirit Board at the Facemelt Features store.
-If you have locations, specifically a large house and/or an antique shop that you would be willing to let me use for free or cheap please reach out. Please be near the DMV area or southern PA
With some luck, filming can start next year. Thanks again to everyone who has helped me out so far. I truly appreciate you and I couldn’t do this without you.
